- FBFree ByrdJan 28, 20261.0These are the meanest people I’ve ever seen in customer service. They all seem to hate being there and having to deal with people. They make sure you feel like you’re in the wrong for picking up your medicine. We changed pharmacies so we don’t have to deal with the mean older lady and the mean man with no teeth (could be wrong about the no teeth but it looks and sounds like it). Will never go back because they will never change and that’s what happens when you work for union.

I advise staying far away from this place only reason they got a star is cause you have to choose one! May want to look at a intake specialist! Poor attitude and slow!
