  We had to come in unexpectedly today for my son, and Kristyann and Rachel made a stressful situation so much better. They were incredibly patient, kind, and gentle with him while treating his fingers. He was really upset, and they handled it with so much compassion and care. It truly made all the difference. I’m so thankful we were in their hands. I highly recommend this urgent care!

  Jackie at front desk was excellent as was Jeff -the nurse assistant to Britton the NP who made a diagnosis and treated me. I failed to inquire as to specifically what I can and can’t do with my diagnosis .of viral conjunctivitis . Yes I could have used more info and wish it had been offered -as to how to best handle this diagnosis since it is highly contagious.However one can’t be a medical expert on every ailment (unless you’ve been at this for decades) and I realize that . I’m very appreciative of Jeff and Britton’s efforts .

  I've been in 3 times in two weeks for different minor things within my family. In all three we got what we needed. The PAs were compassionate and thorough. One of the waits was over an hour which was draining, but we made it work. I would totally go there again for quality and quick care. Thank you for helping my family feel better again!

  Quick care. Awesome staff. They were all kind and understanding. Helped got my 13 month olds ear infection diagnosed despite all his fighting. Very patient and calm doctor.

  Everyone was super nice, and explained everything to me very well. They performed extra tests to be sure of any possibility and still gave me resources and medication to help in the meantime with the symptoms I’m having.
