Not only do they just ignore appointments, the pharmacist said they only do certain brands of vaccines on certain days (I think she was just lazy and had already pulled one without asking). The pharmacist was quite rude in explaining that appointments are akin to drive thru’s (??) and if I didn’t like waiting 25 minutes for a 30 second shot I should go somewhere else. She actually suggested three times that I go somewhere else before administering the vaccine. After more thought, she is correct, I will go elsewhere.

Seems incompetent, the woman at the pharmacy was put out by my normal request for getting an Rx filled, generally unhappy person. She was nice as pie to the people in front of me but was terrible to me. Figure it out, pharmacy!!! I went to Costco instead.
