  Absolutely terrible customer service. I need my PD (pupillary distance) to order prescription sunglasses and while I know what it is from the first eye exam I got here, I wanted to confirm it. The lady on the phone told me that I would need to purchase glasses from them before they can give it to me. That is ridiculous. I’ve gotten two eye exams here because the first one was incorrect and they had written my PD down for me with the first prescription. The second prescription was sent via email and they did not include that however, I do know what it is anyway from previous eye exams. I’ve had glasses my whole life and I’ve never experienced an eye doctor withholding part of my prescription as a sales tactic. Mind you, I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here on contacts and exams so the fact that they won’t give me my PD is ridiculous.

  I was in a bit of a pickle and stopped into my local Target Optical to fix the lens that popped out of the frame and adjust my frame! So helpful and now I can see again to write this review.

  When picking out a new pair of glasses you want to have good service and great advice and that’s exactly what I had experienced at the Target optical in Glendale. Everyone was nice and professional but most of all I was really happy with my new glasses 😎

  This is the best optical department of any store I have ever been to. The entire staff is very knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly helpful. I needed a repair on my sunglasses, and I was seen immediately. My repair was completed right in front of me. I will definitely keep coming back because this optical department is phenomenal!!
