    I am trying to change/ cancel my appointment at 10:30 am today. The system does not allow me to do it online since it is within 24 hours and your phone mail box is too full to leave a message. This is my notice too you that I am not coming to the visit at 10:30 am on January 3rd at the Glandale CO location due to a medical emergency.

    Jaymie helped me to adjust my glasses frames even though I hadn't originally purchased from Target Optical. Really grateful that they're open & welcoming on weekends, would definitely consider buying frames here in the future.

    Bad experience last year, glass and prescription cane back first time incorrect and blurry so waited another two weeks. Decided to give them another try this year. This location is always understaffed, phones rarely get answered. After two weeks of not hearing anything I decided to call and after a few times a lady answered but needed to call me back if my glasses were ready. She did call back the next day to let me know when glasses are ready. Went to show up for the pickup. Next day arrive and must wait because they only had to available ladies to help. I was helps with my glasses and again I see things blurry. They need a quality overhaul Feeling frustrated ,
