  Andy the pharmacy manager and Jackson were a big help when I was having trouble getting a refill cause even tho my insurance said it was ok to fill and I see this doctor every 3 months when I see her I should be able to fill but that was not the case, but they were patient with me when I came in a few times for about a little over a month just to see that we are good for said fill date and they checked patiently each time and I find that very professional and supportive and the rest of the team are very nice

  I want to recognize Andrew I believe his name was for his outstanding help resolving an urgent issue with my insulin prescription. I am pregnant and high risk. I had completely run out of insulin. He understood the seriousness, communicated clearly, and made sure I received my medication promptly. I am extremely grateful. Earlier that night about 20 min before I had to come in, another pharmacist on duty (female, glasses) working the shift feb 2nd around 7pm) refused to release my insulin to my husband with no more than an “oh well thats all I can do for you”. The situation was not communicated by the female with urgency or guidance on what to do next, despite this being a time sensitive medical need during pregnancy. My husband left without clear instructions and I had to walk over myself while pregnant and unwell to resolve it. It was explained later by Andrew thankfully that this issue involved prescription clarification, which I understand can require verification. Unfortunately Im not a dr nor did I write the prescription so neither of us had any idea what was wrong. However, insulin is a life sustaining medication, and during pregnancy interruptions in access can lead to severe complications, emergency room visits, or life threatening situations. Situations like this require urgency, clear communication, and problem solving not dismissal. After the issue was finally addressed, the interaction still felt dismissive. The female decided she was going to help me check out. I was visibly upset and dealing with a medical urgency, yet the tone remained routine and transactional. I was even asked about making a store donation immediately after the situation, which felt inappropriate and inhumane given that I had just been struggling to obtain a life sustaining medication during pregnancy. I hope this feedback helps improve how similar cases are handled in the future.

  I don't understand the negative reviews. I have been getting prescriptions and vaccines here for a long time and have never had an issue. Several months back, I was picking up a prescription, and the pharmacist said, "I think we can get this cheaper for you". She checked a few things and cut the price of my prescription by 75%. Every time I go, no matter who I talk to, I feel like they are really trying to help. Imagine going to work every day to take care of people only to have the same people write nasty things online, about you. Be nice, people. The pharmacists have really hard jobs. They are truly doing their best.

  I've told people at this pharmacy, there is a King Soopers closer to where I live. But the service at this pharmacy is the best. So I choose to shop here!

  This pharmacy doesn't care about patient privacy. I was at the counter receiving a new prescription. The woman behind me had a child in her cart. I couldnt hear what the tech was saying to me because the customer behind me was so close to me I almost tripped over her cart. They have a sign that says to "please wait here for patient privacy." I asked the woman to please move back, she was on her cell phone. I said, "woman to woman, youre not supposed to go past that line for patient privacy." She looked at me in disgust. Upon going through my script, I noticed that something isnt adding up. The woman has my home address, name, date of birth. I've been having issues with my breathing. I needed my inhaler. Now I somehow have 4 inhalers instead of the three that were prescribed to me.
