  I had just spent over $120 in the store and had to pay extra for groceries because they didn’t count my United Healthcare Card as benefits for food items. I had my receipt in hand and only checked out minutes earlier. I asked the a woman at first who called over her male supervisor at the Guest services desk working on Sunday for help and he said not only would I not receive any money back on my United Healthcare card but my debit card as well. He told me that it was for the “integrity” of the store as though I was trying to steal from them. I was so offended I think I will spend my money at Safeway or Walmart. Very rude to paying customers and plain lazy for not even attempting to help me. I am disabled and got treated poorly. No matter the payment, stores shouldn’t automatically accuse customers of stealing and give customers respect.
