I started in August shortly after they opened up. From day one, I felt genuinely welcomed. I was greeted by Vonda at the front desk, and she could not have been sweeter. Before Pilates, I was honestly killing myself with extreme lifting at the gym. I ended up with a lot of injuries because my core was trash, which led to improper form and breakdowns I did not fully understand at the time. That is what led me to consider Pilates in the first place, I needed strength, stability, and control, not just heavier weights. My intro class was with Heather, and she set the tone right away. She shared that she is big on form and comes from a dance background, where she learned Pilates from strict instructors. I love routine and order, so I immediately knew I was in the right hands. Since then, every instructor I have taken has been kind and patient, especially as this is my first time learning Pilates. I have learned so much about form from Heather. Megan is fun and vibrant in Cardio Sculpt. Sabrina really pushes the limits, honestly they all do, but in the best way. I also love Rosemary’s Center and Balance on Sundays. It is the perfect reset to begin the week. I catch T’s classes when my schedule allows, and Angie is also great whenever I am able to take one of hers. There are also always guest instructors, which adds variety and an extra layer of challenge in the best way. What I appreciate most is how much they focus on building community. Whether it is group hikes, pop up classes, or creating opportunities for us to donate to food banks or volunteer our time, they bring people together in such a meaningful way. It always ends up being a great time. I also really respect my practice, and I respect the other members who show up consistently and put in the work. The studio feels like a sanctuary, an environment where you can focus, reset, and escape for a little while. And somehow it is both serious and fun at the same time. The silly laughs add an extra layer of challenge, because trying to hold a plank while we all have the giggles is honestly so hard. Overall, it is a very friendly studio with a great variety of classes and instructors who truly care. More than that, it has been a lifeline for me during uncertain times. I am so grateful I found this studio, and I genuinely look forward to every class.

The instructors are great, class sizes are very good. The only downsides for me were that it’s a little hard to get classes if you aren’t one of the higher tiers of membership. Also, you must plan ahead, it’s hard to get a spot in a class last minute. So if you need flexibility it may not be for you. If you like planning ahead, you’ll love it! The space is very clean and runs like a well oiled machine. If you like Pilates, I would highly recommend it.

I love, love, Pilates. I am so glad you’ve opened up a studio in Frederick, as I used to go to Longmont, but this is so much closer! Everyone is so friendly and the instructors are awesome. They are quick to help you make corrections and add humor into the class. I’ve noticed a difference in my body since I’ve started too!

Megan, our instructor, was wonderful! The intro class moved quickly but she did a great job of explaing things and helping with an adjustments needed. Megan at the front desk was also great! She was knowledge and friendly. I am looking forward to regularly attending classes at tje Frederick location.
