They are extremely rude, unprofessional and incompetent. Nothing is ever correct with my insurance or billing. They are often out of stock. They refuse to answer the telephone, never helpful...they all apparently hate their jobs...and are just overall a pain to deal with. Its a real shame that this is the only pharmacy in town. I'd almost rather go off of my meds than have to deal with them...it's physically painful!
