Also, she was respectful of my financial constraints and spent the time necessary to help me understand my best options and the price so that I could make the right decision. I will definitely return to Target Optical at Council Tree Ave. and hopefully Joy will still be working there.
- CACyan AbronMay 2, 20265.0I came in to get my glasses fixed. A screw fell out and my lens popped off. She was so kind and replaced the screws and tightened the other one that was still in place. I was in and out in about 5 mins with no charge and I didn’t even purchase my glasses from here!

From start to finish, they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Kerri was equally amazing—so helpful and patient when it came to choosing frames and making sure everything was just right. You can really tell they both care about their patients and go above and beyond to provide excellent service. I couldn’t recommend them more—such a positive, easy experience all around!
