None of these people should be placed in career paths where they are responsible for ensuring that customers get their medication. It’s medication, not cookies. For anyone to be this negligent while getting paid to provide such an imperative service is nefarious. Thanks for waiting to tell me that you couldn’t fill my “ready” prescription until it was the weekend before a holiday. Now I have to wait SEVERAL days without my medication before I can even go through the arduous process of getting ahold of my doctor to send the script out to a more adequate pharmacy.
From the looks of the reviews, I guess this is just how they do things? The staff should learn to be a little more empathetic and a little less incompetent.
