Scheduled an appointment online, entered our insurance information, only to be told...when we got here...that they don't take our insurance. Guess there wasn't an option to just pay out of pocket since they didn't offer that as an option. So we left.

TL;DR? I'm not thrilled with the level of care or professionalism shown at this location. I've had two experiences with The Little Clinic. The first time, 2 years ago, I came in for a COVID test. The NP or PA delayed the appointment by trying to administer a verbal BDI screening before performing the test I had specifically scheduled. I was there to get tested so I could make sure my coworkers and older family members were safe after I had been sick. Coming from a family with many medical practitioners, it’s especially frustrating to deal with someone who seems unprofessional or ineffective at their job. The second time I was confronted with entering my information into the pictured Kiosk. Kiosk at a "clinic"? Kiosks are great for ordering a burrito but not for entering a bunch of typed input, especially since I was a returning customer and they already had most of that information on file. Someone needs to rethink their approach to providing "healthcare". As I waited, I watched an old guy with a cane and Vietnam veteran cap struggle with the Kiosk. The Kiosk may be ADA compliant, but it has to be torture for an unsteady 80+ year old to stand there, poking at a flat screen. Couldn't you at least have him sit down and take his information verbally? Oh, the wait: 40 mins after I was shown to a room. Clearly the NP or PA was rushed from taking the needed time with another customer, but instead of taking a breath, and calming herself so that she could present herself professionally, I got someone that gave me the impression that I shouldn't trust her to help me long term when it became clear that my needs were going to require more than the one visit. No kindness, and less respect than you would get from someone at a quick oil-change shop. I will not return.

I booked an appointment for 9:30 am right when they opened. No one was there and I waited for over an hour with no one at the front desk or in the rooms. They called someone from an hour and a half away which it wasn’t her fault and she was very helpful and nice but she had never been there before so she didn’t know where anything was or how to work the systems too well it seemed, which just further push my wait time. No one called to let me and the other 4 people waiting know that the doctor who was supposed to be there called out and the other doctor was going to be late. Every person there had an appointment as well. I was very sick and not feeling well so the last thing I wanted to do was wait in the lobby for over an hour. It would’ve been one thing if I was made aware that someone was coming and going to be late or if someone was there and they were just backed up, but having no one show up and having no idea if anyone was coming was very upsetting and annoying. I will not be returning.

Annie was wonderful. She was not only competent, but thorough, attentive and patient. Receptionist Yvonne was great too.
