Call the pharmacy and get told your prescription will be ready the next day after 3pm. Show up after 3pm, get told your prescription is not ready, it will be ready in 20-30 minutes. Wait. Pick up the prescription and get treated like it’s your fault that the prescription wasn't ready. Somehow the number I’ve used for years isn’t the same one they’ve been using in the store even though the system recognized my number when I called and this didn't used to be a problem. This was happening with my refills too. I have no Idea how they managed to screw that up, but all I’m looking for is that my prescription is ready when you tell me it is. I’m a simple man.
