More than once they said the meds will be ready by a certain time and when I came to pick them up, it wasn’t ready and I had to wait another 20-30 minutes. This is very disrespectful of your clients. Our time is no less important than yours!

Staffing appears to be low, existing staff are generally tired looking and short with customers. Lines are always long, prescriptions are usually slow to get filled and staff are not interested in much aside from getting you out of their face. I know nothing about the pharmacy industry, but from a customer service standpoint, this place just doesn't do well.
