As others have said, their staff is rude; even ruder when you have to correct them due to their mistakes (which if you go there regularly, you will encounter). I've stayed because their prices are cheaper, but I'm finally at the point where I'll be happy to pay a few percent more to Safeway or Walgreens for some competency and basic customer respect. They're honestly just horrible.
