Pharmacy staff here are knowledgeable about medications and especially about navigating the insurance payment options, often going out of their way to check single care and other coupon programs to see if they offer a better discount than insurance for a given prescription. There is sometimes a longer wait to speak to the staff on the phone but that is balanced with them spending adequate time on the call and resolving issues without needing repeated follow ups. I am treated with kindness and and professionalism both in person and on the phone. A huge improvement from Walgreens in every way.

- KFKeely FJul 6, 20211.0The pharmacist had no regard for my privacy, speaking very loudly, waving around my prescription (which comes in a box with large bold print of what it's for) and reiterating several times what the doctor had already told me about the medication. Which is pretty self explanatory anyways. I'm embarrassed and feel like she was almost disgusted by what I needed for something I have no control of.
