We purchased glasses for my 8-year-old, and after multiple visits and countless hours spent going back and forth to the store, the glasses still did not work for my child. After several failed attempts to fix the issue, we decided to start the return process. That’s when things got even worse. The staff took the glasses and the frames, told me the “store manager who goes back and forth between stores” was not available, and said the manager would call me back. Weeks went by with no call, no voicemail, nothing. I called again, and this time they assured me they would personally pass along the message and I would hear back within 24 hours. Yet again, a month passed with no call and no follow-up. We paid around $650, and to this day we have received no refund, no resolution, and not even an apology. All of this happened while my family was going through a major life change and trying to carefully manage every dollar. This experience felt like a slap in the face. I expected honesty, professionalism, and at the very least, basic communication. Instead, we were ignored and left without the product we paid for or the money we spent. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this location.
