  I'm in F-all shape, so this takes everything from me to keep pedaling, but the people are amazing and the facility is super clean. Lowkey look forward to almost die here every week.

  Love this place. Huge shout out to Marcel, Kiara, and Kaylen, their workouts are so amazing and leave me feeling incredible and confident afterward. Highly recommend this studio.

  CB FoCo has changed my life. The classes are addictive, the community is supportive, the people are friendly and welcoming, and my health has improved. They’ve listened to me when I gave feedback and have been understanding when I wasn’t my best. It’s not an inexpensive hobby, but I wouldn’t give it up. They work to accommodate all skill levels and needs and, honestly, CB functions as therapy for many of us who attend. If you’re skittish about working out in public, it’s comforting to find anonymity in a dark room where nobody is looking at you. The team really obviously cares about their CB family and celebrates every victory with you. I highly suggest checking it out.

  This place is my second home! The community aspect is amazing and the workout you get will never ever disappoint! I’ve been going here for a year now and I couldn’t imagine my life without it. It was truly life changing physically and mentally!
