- AAacalvin11154 days ago5.0I accidentally stepped on my glasses and I thought they were destroyed. I stopped in to see if Pearle Vision could salvage them for me. I left my glasses there for a few hours so that they could try to repair them. A few hours later, I stopped back in and, low & behold…they had repaired them, like new!! I asked how much I owed for the repair. She jokingly told me it would be a million dollars. They said there was no cost to me to repair them. I’ll be returning here when I need new glasses!

I was advised to change prescription and was told I could not get the difference refunded to me. I asked for the owner/office manager to call and discuss this; but never got a call. Therefore they got $100.00 from me and I got nothing. I will not be going back, due to I was not refunded my over payment. Very Sad.
