The Little Clinic is located right inside your neighborhood grocery store. Our board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants can diagnose and treat minor illnesses, administer vaccines, provide physicals and much more! Plus, we are open 7 days a week and we take most insurance plans.
The experience was interesting. The tech at the front was so welcoming and kind, and the pharmacy tech was also great. Unfortunately, the NP, Megan, clearly didn’t want to be there. She came in ill-tempered, didn’t introduce herself, and was cold and resistant throughout the entire encounter. I won’t be returning—while everything else was great, the provider was dismissive and unprofessional, which overshadowed the rest of the visit.

I was seen in a timely manner and the triage nurse was very kind and receptive.
When I was seen by the NP, my concerns were not addressed and I was met with a lot of push back when I did not want to receive the care that they were trying to push onto me. I wasn’t satisfied with the care I received and would not recommend this clinic if you can help it.

Checklist Clinic, not to be confused with healthcare. Fine if all you need is a strep, flu, and/or covid test (and don't have home kits - their tests are no better). The staff's competence extends to reading common protocols, which say that everything is a virus, take OTC meds and nasal rinse - there I saved you a trip. I don't know why I bothered when I know I will end up in a real Urgent Care with an untreated infection in a couple of days (again). Hopefully this time it doesn't become bacterial pneumonia. Lesson learned, never again for anything other than tests I can't just do at home.

We have been using this clinic for 8+ years. The problem with this clinic is consistency. Some nurses are actually very helpful, do their job well, and help their patients. Other nurses are not helpful. They are incompetent, a waste of time and money, and in 1 case, guilty of potential malpractice. It all depends on which nurse you get. Fortunately, there are more good then bad.

This place is absolutely useless. The first time I went there for a nasty head cold a year ago, I was told that they couldn't treat me unless it had been at least 5 days. So, they sent me away untreated. Today when I went in, they told me I couldn't be treated unless it had been at least 10 days. Since it had only been 5 days, they sent me away untreated. I mean, probably not much more needs to be said about it than that. This clinic is either unwilling, or unable to treat even the most BASIC stuff. Don't put the health of your self, or your family in the hands of this hokey little excuse for a clinic. Oh wait... you won't have to! They'll just send you away... irritating, frustrating, and rediculous.
UPDATE: I had the unfortunate need to visit this Little Clinic again, This time for the absolutely last time ever. Feeling a sinus infection coming on & having been exposed to my wife's sinus infection, I needed to be seen sooner than my pcp was available. It was an absolute waste of time. The receptionist listened to my heart & lungs. I asked if she was also a nurse, she said, no, they just let me do this sometimes. The PA sat in a chair at a computor the entire time, she never listened to my breathing or my heart, didn't look in the ears or throat.. she did nothing but ask me questions. I was sent away with a prescription for eye drops & over the counter cough medicine. If I had received proper care at this clinic its reasonable to expectthat 1 week later I wouldn't have been admitted to a local hospital for a 2 week stay where I was treated for an autoimmune response to the raging sinus infection that developed 2 days later. Please don't go to this clinic. You're putting your health in danger.
