- SSSterling StoweMar 30, 20261.0Worst pharmacy ever. Every month is some new problem trying to get my prescription. Staff is unhelpful and rude.
- BCBri C.Jan 26, 20261.0This pharmacy is terrible they don't refill my medication when they are suppose to & when a medication calls for a prior authorization they tell me for weeks even months that my doctor hasn't submitted the prior authorization even though they have. So it takes weeks of calling constantly to get someone to do their job. They offer to put my refills on auto refill and every single month for the last 2 years it's never on auto fill & I have to call to have it refilled. I've gone past the refill date multiple times thinking they were just busy and I would get a text when my refill was ready to call and find out yet again its not on auto refill. They lack proper communication, always seem overworked, uninterested in helping & understaffed. Some of the pharmacists I've spoken to are well mannered but the pharmacy techs are not always friendly or polite.
