- GGGeminiFeb 4, 20263.0The money counter is great, whenever I need a money order its easy peasy. The delivery is disappointing, they aren't like everywhere else, its all precut. I like thin deli meat and the lack of a active deli means no fresh cuts of meat. The pharmacy is the worse, its like they all hate their jobs and love taking it out on the customers. They level of joy in the techs voice about my prescription needing prior auth and it taking possible weeks to get filled triggered me and pissed me off. Then in the online portal my 2 prescriptions say in progress for 24 hrs and have pick up dates for days later. But when I call they say it will be ready in 45 minutes. I'm bout to go to Walmart. The front end management leaves alot to be desired but there are a couple employees, cashiers that are wonderful customer centered people.

Took Walmart 1 day to fill both of those prescriptions. So Walmart will be getting my business for now on. I will be honest. King Soopers Pharmacy is completely terrible.. and should be under investigation. I’d rather hang myself than go through them again. This King Soopers needs new management.. not only the Pharmacy, but their grocery department as well.
