  My initial appointment was June 5th at 8:30am for Xrays and MRIs. I brought all documents concerning an implant as well as three sets of previous MRI showing I had and could safely be given MRIs. As well as my implant safety card info. I was Xrayed and told they would research to make sure I could safely be given the MRIs ordered by my doctor. I was assured that the xray results would be faxed to both Physicians who’s info and numbers they were provided. May 8th. approximately 1pm our My doctors had not received the results. I called and spoke with Phillip and ask if the results were available. He said they were. When I asked if they could please be sent he became very condescending and irritated . That he didn’t have the paper work he had initially had me fill out with the fax numbers. That the X-ray tech had them somewhere. So I provided him with the one doctors fax number that I had available. And ask if he could find the paperwork and fax my other doctor. He assured me he would make sure they were faxed. June 9th at 12:30 my other doctor had not received the results. I contacted Phillip and ask if they had been sent. Which they had not. So I provided the second Fax number which was on my initial paperwork. And ask if there was a decision on or had I been scheduled for my MRIs. Again he became very condescending and frustrated telling me he could only handle one problem at a time. And he had no Idea exactly when I would have a decision on the MRIs. At that point I ask him if I in anyway did or said something to cause him to act in such a short and condescending way towards me. He did not reply. He said when they made a decision on my MRIs I would be notified. His rudeness and lack of professionalism is inexcusable. Lex J. Morgan
