  My daughter went to AFC Englewood and saw Lesli on a Sunday when she was very ill. Lesli was dismissive during the visit, did not listen to her concerns, refused to provide a diagnosis or any treatment, and seemed eager to end the appointment quickly. My daughter left the clinic in tears, still without help. Fortunately, she saw her primary care doctor the next day (Monday), who prescribed the necessary medications. The urgent care later contacted on Thursday to inform her that she had a severe staph infection, respiratory infection, and RSV—none of which were addressed during the Sunday visit. Had we not sought care elsewhere, her condition could have worsened significantly. This experience completely lacked proper care and attention to my daughter's needs. I would not recommend this provider for urgent care under any circumstance.

  I went in on 3/6 and saw a NP named Jodi. Through conversations with the MA I told her I was a nurse. Jodi comes and sees me and my daughter. She examined her and when it was my turn she stated “oh u r a nurse just tell me what u want.” I told her i’m suffering with sinus problems and believe I have a sinus infection. She said so you need antibiotics? I said yes and steroids. She said ok. Never did a physical examination and sends us on our way. The pharmacy contacts me saying the antibiotics are ready but no steroids. I called the clinic back 4 times and continued to be told she would send them. No meds were ever sent and I am still sick today after paying out of pocket for my visit. So I’m out of $179 and am still still ill!
