We established our practice here over twenty years ago with those exact desires in mind. Our staff chooses to live and work here for many of the same reasons that you do. Its for those reasons that we think youll find the care that you receive at Elizabeth Family Health to be superior to that offered by the larger, corporate-owned facilities youll find in our neighboring communities. A small, caring staff is the hallmark of our practice. We understand that people are rarely having a good day when they pay us a visit, so our intent is to get you seen by your doctor and on your way to wellness. We offer a variety of services to meet your healthcare needs, including a full range of laboratory services. Additionally, we have partner providers who offer physical therapy, massage therapy, as well as counseling.

- BHBridget HeylmanDec 1, 20234.0I wrote a review the other day and didn't have all my details together, I thought I did but was misinformed. Since I received new information my perception and opinion has changed. The office is quaint. The staff is kind. The doctor seems to have been around the block and seen a thing or two. He seemed a bit aloof but warm. Change, for me, can be difficult and with as many moving pieces as doctors and medications, my wires got crossed. I apologize for being rash. You all do good work.
- JGJayda GgJan 15, 20201.0My mom was told to go to their office in regards to her blood pressure being 150/103 which can cause a heart attack or stroke. The first lady who seen my mom had called the office previously told them the situation and who ever she spoke with said they would seemy mom if she went at that time. When my mom gets there she is told very rudely they couldn't see her after driving there the Other Dr. told her to go back in and tell them again that her bp is increasing and they already said they would see her, so my mom went back in and the receptionist told her to go to Walgreens and get her bp taken. As a nurse I find this very disturbing as my mom could've had a heart attack or stroke. My mom was so upset she was crying. I would never ever go to the place or refer anyone, very rude and unprofessional. If you hate your job or not a people person get a new job, preferably one that doesn't have to deal with sick people.
- SSSam SchneiderOct 11, 20185.0ALL of the staff and personnel in this place were absolutely amazing. I've never had an experience at any health/doctors facility like I had here, absolutely incredible. I went in for an emergency situation with a dislocated shoulder and they got me in right away, they took excellent care of me, extremely fast and reactive for me. They made me feel absolutely comfortable, took care of me in a very timely manner, they were all very relatable (small town vibes and country backgrounds), they talked me through absolutely everything they were doing, I'm absolutely blown away at how great my experience was there. And not only did they get me fixed up in a hurry, they gave me a good lecture in regards to my negligence in not taking care of my shoulder the last time I hurt it (I dislocated my shoulder a couple months back and didn't let it heal at all, just went straight back to work). This to me shows that they truly care about their clients, a true small town establishment. Thank you all for taking care of me so well.
