  Awful customer service. Andrew the manager was NOT helpful when asked to merely hold a case of protein shakes for an hour. When I got there to.pick them up I was met with an economics lesson on checks and balances 👎 this is basic retail customer service. GNC can do better

  Stopped at this location to pickup pre-workout (the same Optimum Nutrition product I've bought for years). When I was ready to checkout, the employee started berating me about why ON was not good and why I should buy a more expensive mix instead. After a minute of him aggressively trying to upsell me, I asked him to stop because I needed to leave. When he looked up my account, he questioned why I hadn't purchased yet this year and tried pushing me into a premium membership. I said I wasn't interested but he tried pushing again. I was so irritated by the time I left. Note to management: Just let people shop and buy what they want without the pressure and annoyance of being up-sold. I won't be coming back to GNC (Amazon exists for a reason).

  Both employees I met today were really amazing! Sadly the product I purchased was expired & I didn’t realize until I got home. Luckily it was an easy fix, they didn’t make me jump through hoops to make it right -but I did have to refund and get something else since there was no unexpired inventory for what I wanted. I would have been way more bummed if it hadn’t been for the great workers, so I’ll still be back!

  GNCs are well known to be the go to for nutritional supplements, weight lifting products, and more. They have been a place I can rely on for supplements for years. However, I'm not certain if it's the corporate in Colorado that hires individuals who do not care about brand reputation or if the company itself does not respect their own policies. This is the second store in Colorado that is closed during operational store hours. I showed up 30 minutes before closing and the store has well been closed. I do not recommend this location or GNC at all unless the company does a purge with their hiring standards. Amazon is continuing to be responsible for the closing of in store brands and this is the perfect example of why.

  Lucrezia the store manager here at edgewater really does care about the store and is so helpful with knowledge on product !
