  GNCs are well known to be the go to for nutritional supplements, weight lifting products, and more. They have been a place I can rely on for supplements for years. However, I'm not certain if it's the corporate in Colorado that hires individuals who do not care about brand reputation or if the company itself does not respect their own policies. This is the second store in Colorado that is closed during operational store hours. I showed up 30 minutes before closing and the store has well been closed. I do not recommend this location or GNC at all unless the company does a purge with their hiring standards. Amazon is continuing to be responsible for the closing of in store brands and this is the perfect example of why.

  Lucrezia the store manager here at edgewater really does care about the store and is so helpful with knowledge on product !

  I try not to go to this GNC typically because customer service is pretty bad here every time, but it’s a store that is on my way to the gym. I was amazed yesterday when I walked in and the guy working was wearing huge over the ear headphones. I asked how he was doing and he didn’t respond because he couldn’t hear me. I didn’t need any help finding anything, but then when I checked out, he momentarily slid one of the headphones off his ear to tell me the total, then slid it back over his ear. He didn’t hear me when I asked if he could email me the receipt, he said “huh?” And I asked again. Pretty whack, I’ll just go to the Colorado Blvd store for now on.

  They are not open until 8 even though that’s what it says on the door and their google listing.
