Probably the worst pharmacy I’ve been to. I’m finally going to switch after dealing with their bs for years. I plan my work days around picking my meds up whenever your apps tells me they will be ready. I get you guys are busy but don’t put a time on the app that’s 24 hours after my meds get called in…

The pharmacy techs are always so nice and help get what you need. I signed up for texts and know when my prescription has been submitted, when it’s ready, and the estimated cost. They truly are sweet people.

Nice people, but CM needs to hire more of them. Sometimes, it takes a bit to long to get a prescription filled, even if the item is in stock.

I have been using this pharmacy for years and never had many problems before usually just the occasional times when they are out of stock of certain medications, but the other day I went to pick up my prescriptions and I had the lead pharmacist come talk to me (with a mouth full of food) and informed me that I was getting a partial refill on my medication and was getting all they had because they were no longer going to stock my medication because she believes I should be taking a different kind of medication even though me and my doctors office (who specialize in the field) have explained that I have adverse reactions to the medications she recommended. She treated me like I was some kind of drug seeker instead of a person with a disease that needs to be treated. So thank you for making me feel this way for the first time in 6 years.

They always look like they’re in a bad mood and the experience is always just transactional and they’re always short with me. My medication was also requested to be refilled on 6/4 and I took my last pill today, 6/9. I called around 2 to ask for an update and they now tell me it’s out of stock. I had to call them to tell me it was out of stock. It’s been out of stock all week, yet they never called me and told me so I’d be able to change pharmacies in time to get my medication on time. They then ask for my phone number, that they already have because I receive messages from them, and told me they’d update it so this wouldn’t happen again. Even though they already have it. I would rather drive out of my way than pick up my medication from this city market
