Lady who answered the phone ignored my request and started to give me a bunch of stuff that I don’t need. I just needed the number and they couldn’t do it.. bye, bye.

After waiting in line, only to find it's not so, and told to come back later and it would be ready and the line is longer. Two windows to service customers, yet only one open?
