- SMStephanie MastersMar 11, 20251.0When I inquired about using a coupon, the tech, Iris, refused to enter the information, when I pressed the issue she pretended to enter the coupon and said that it did not lower the price and proceeded to charge $130 more than the published coupon price. When I called the prescription coupon company, they verified she never tried to use my coupon card and the price should’ve been 164 instead of the $294 she charged. Iris has been incredibly rude and unhelpful in the past of both perception questions and entering coupon information. It is unfortunate because our pharmacy options are limited. Filling medication shouldn’t be as unpleasant as City Market makes it out to be.
