  This place is unbelievable. Today I had a 1pm appointment because I have a painful chipped tooth. I received a phone call asking me to come in early around noon. I explained that I could not as my flight was landing at that time and I was coming right from the airport (again, painful chipped tooth). Secretary said ok no problem and hung up the phone. 2 minutes later she called back asking if I could come in tomorrow instead. I explained that I could not as I was flying out to go on vacation. She then asked if I could come in next week instead. I explained again that I was in pain and had a scheduled appointment and asked if I was able to se seen today for my scheduled appointment. She went and asked Dr Pyne and he told her to tell me that I should buy sensodine toothpaste for the pain and that he would not see me today. So now I am stuck trying to find a dentist to repair this tooth in less than 24 hours before I go on vacation…. Aka this will not get done. Dr Pyne, you need to learn how to honor your appointments. You make a agreement with a patient, you follow through and don’t screw patients over like this. You should know better. All of this so that you could go home a couple hours early? Karma is a coming sir, good luck!

  Dr Pyne and both the medical and office staff always go ABOVE and BEYOND to help patients. I was referred to him by a friend. Dr Pyne took x-rays and discussed the diagnosis with me. The difference is he did so without judgement. Most other dentists that have gone to sometimes do not have a good bedside manner. I have always been scared to go to the dentist, but not anymore. I wish Dr Pyne would have been in my birth place NYC when I was growing up. Absolutely no more fear, glad my friend told me about him/ and HIS AMAMZING STAFF.

  Dr Pyne, DDS has always done a awesome job on my teeth. I went in this week. Everyone had their mask on, and man they made sure I had no fever, and they made sure that we were all safe. I appreciate it because last month I had a cold, and they made sure that i was ok to reschedule this month. I appreciate all their hard work to keep me safe. Thank you.   I was introduced to Dr. Pyne and his incredible staff in 2011 and have been going to his office ever since! Not only is Dr. Pyne professional but he is approachable, friendly, and loves to talk. His staff is always smiling, welcoming, and friendly. Best part, Sylvia will clean your teeth thoroughly and have you laughing by the end of your appointment. I highly recommend his office for all your dental needs, you couldn't ask for a better experience!

  Dr Pyne is an amazing , professional and skilled doc. His staff is kind and caring and the whole team exudes excellence! I would recommend Dr Pyne strongly to my friends and family! As an orthodontist I am privileged to work with many general dentists- Dr Pyne is top notch!
