The female at the front was nice and all , but the moment the male doctor person came in , he didn’t actually hear what me and my dad had to say , he also said he was going to run tests and looked at my damn throat ,nose , and ears with a light then proceed to basically say I’m not sick . And when my dad told him how we were feeling he said he couldn’t really do anything, and had us sitting in there for like almost 25 minutes waiting for Nothing , if I new any better , I would not have went to this location. he threw my dad an inhaler and said there’s nothing he can do about it . I feel it would have been better for us to go see monkeys to make us feel better . Useless shall I say

I was wanting a COVID PCR test, and when I went back after my appointment was rescheduled the nurse on duty tells me it's going to be $200 to get the test and they don't accept my insurance. She was very nice and that was literally the only positive of my visit. They had 2 chances to inform me of their insane policy (I was under the impression COVID tests were free) I wasted 2 trips, about 15$ in Uber (each way) on going to this clinic TWICE! I wouldn't recommend this clinic to my worst enemy

I would highly recommend coming here if you need a walk in appointment for a minor illness or injury, rather than paying more to be seen at urgent care.
