He measured my feet, had me walk around to get the right focus on my balance so that I wasn't walking on the outside edges of my feet or balls. Once the strengthening inserts were put in my shoes, my pain went away instantly. I couldn't believe it! I felt like I was standing straighter and taller! He was really patient about repeating the wearing instructions for the inserts as well as providing me with a written printout of the instructions. First day after the inserts were put in, I feel NO PAIN! It's amazing. The maintainers fit me so perfectly, I hardly notice that they're there.
