StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Lohi offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.
Great stretching! Stacy is great, she explained the techniques of the stretch used by Stretch Lab. Stacy is very intuitive about when to increase the stretch farther. Andrea did a good low key explanation of the different membership options available.

I was skeptic at first but, once I went and learned more about StretchLab , I highly recommend going there and getting some much need pain relief. I'm going back for more treatments.

StretchLab in LoHi is the best! I worked with Ashlee for my first time and she was amazing! Her attention detail with my problem areas was phenomenal. She made me feel safe with her expertise and her charm. 10/10, I recommend for all body types.

I could not recommend this place enough, I have been several times and after each session I've walked out feeling like a different person. Their stretch team has strong knowledge and takes great care of your body and its limits while also challenging your flexibility. I'd like to shout out Taylor especially who has been very helpful in assisting me reach my goals, by providing advanced stretching techniques to help me push my limits.
I am an avid Bowler and have been trying to get better, attending stretch lab before my league games has allowed me to improve my average dramatically and I recently just bowled my first 300 game! Stretching might just have been the trick to achieving what I never thought possible.
