Today, my daughter had a prescription called in by her doctor for an ear infection and swimmers' ear. She is a swimmer with a state meet coming up and needed to start her meds asap, so I called the pharmacy to ask if we could expedite the prescription. The pharmacist said, "Absolutely, and it would be ready in 30 minutes." An hour later, my daughter goes to pick up the prescriptions, and another pharmacist rudely lets my daughter know they have no prescriptions for her and no record of her, and said, " Try another location”. My daughter told me, so I called the pharmacy again to clarify the issue. I waited on hold for 15 minutes, and then another pharmacist got on the phone and rudely said, " We are filling the prescription and just told your daughter to wait 15 minutes”. Upon checking out, my daughter was questioned by the pharmacist about whether she was aware of how expensive the prescription was and whether she could afford it. All around, not a professional experience. The pharmacist's interaction with my daughter was extremely rude. We will be filling our prescriptions elsewhere in the future.

The lead pharmacist (middle aged blonde lady) is INCREDIBLY rude. Not just to me but I've witnessed her be that way to other people. She's made feel small for my illnesses and medications needed. If this wasn't the closest to my house I would change pharmacies. She also refuses to help the line when it is pilling up. She probably should have a job where she doesn't need to talk to people.

Why is reviewing my Medicare plan every year important?
Reviewing your Medicare plan every year is important because Medicare Advantage (Part C) and Medicare Prescription Drug Plans (Part D) can change annually. These changes may affect your coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and provider network. By reviewing your plan during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, you can ensure it still meets your healthcare needs and budget—and switch plans if necessary.
