This is the best pharmacy in NW Denver. Everyone is always so courteous; automatic refills are always ready 3 or more days before you actually need them; text reminders are clear but not so frequent as to become annoying. There's always someone to pick up the line if you call. I've tried Walgreens, CVS, King Soopers and Costco, and this one is by far the best!

Zero Stars! I went to Safeway because it was near my rental, but when I walked in i was shocked! The loud speakers were blasting a commercial about Vaccines for shingles. The list of contraindications was so long that It was offensive. I turned around after the commercial was over and headed to a different grocery.

Absolutely abhorrent and dangerous pharmacy- a review by a medical provider. Tech informed me that they would be able to accommodate filling a script that requires a specific manufacturer due to an allergic reaction. Went into the store, and the store manager (Megan?) told me that it is not there responsibility to ensure that a specific manufacturer can be ordered, and even if it could, it would require a district manager approval. She then told me that the specifics of my prescription were never communicated to me, which is a lie. I spoke to the pharmacist who transferred the script and she correctly identified the required manufacturers and informed she had clearly communicated this to Safeway. **I was lied to by the tech, told that ensuring the correct brand was available was NOT the responsibility of her staff, and then again lied to be being told that the information had never been properly communicated.** **Since it is a controlled substance and had been transferred under false pretenses, the script is now worthless.** The audacity by the manager to lie to my face after her tech had lied to me over the phone about my medication makes me believe they are so desperate for business that they will lie to patients and put their health at risk. Do yourself a favor and fill your scripts at any local competitor. This staff is beyond incompetent, rude, and have zero ethical qualms about lying to patients in an attempt to save face.
