Extremely disappointed. I called several times over the course of an hour with Noone picking up or calling back. It takes me a full hour of walking to get to the pharmacy and back. When I got there there was one person available to hand out medication and 4 full grown adults on computers behind him. My medication is back ordered, so I wasted an hour of my life. When I asked why it was so hard to get someone on the phone, as i could have stayed home if someone couldve picked up, the attendant responded that he answered as many calls as he could. My question is why, if the attendant is well and busy, not a single pharmacists thought to pick up the phone? Thats crazy work.

Just called to ask about a prior authorization because my doctor told me to. Sarah who was helping me quite literally was laughing at me over the phone and starting to elevate her voice and when I said I am just the messenger and doing what I was told to do to figure this out and I didn’t appreciate that she was doing that, she didn’t apologize or even own and just said she had people there. I know they are understaffed, but that was so incredibly rude that I never want to step foot there again.

The wait at this location is ridiculous to get your medications.

It doesn’t matter what time of day or what day of the week, I have never been able to successfully get a pharmacist on the phone at this location to discuss my prescriptions. The phone will ring and ring and then tell me the mailbox is not accepting messages and to try again. The service in-person is similar- even when it’s not busy, I have always had problems getting prescriptions in a timely manner, am always told I have to wait or come back, or have issues with the pharmacists communicating with my doctor. I will be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy today- I called 9 times today and never once got through to someone.
