- RMramona mayesFeb 7, 20261.0The "red headed" Manager here is consistently cruel. Again today she was cruel and condescending to a customer in front of me. She took half of my Lidocaine patches from my supply and gave them to another patient and then told me there us a shortage abd to buy them over the counter. I researched and as with everything there is an INTERRMENTANT shortage. She did this to be cruel and because clearly she can. She told me it's MY responsibility to follow up on the medication I did not receive from her that is owed to me. Just because you hate your life does not give you the right to make others suffer. I need that medication for pain. So, no longer a customer to say the least. But then you don't need customers right? That is apparent by how you treat customers.

If you do, ALWAYS check your receipt to make sure you are charged the correct prices for sale items & digital coupon discounts!! They consistently overcharge me 8 out of 10 visits. Tonight. 7-8-25. I was overcharged $26.07! Last time I shopped I was overcharged over $18. I've noticed consistently being overcharged for items for at least the last 9 months, or longer, at this store. I hate shopping there anymore, but they have good sales & it's the closest Safeway to me. BUYERS BEWARE!
