  Always a good experience with Dr. Hess at Rawls Clinical Audiology. She always is friendly and takes the time to clearly answer my questions regarding my hearing issues and hearing aids.

  Starting with the receptionist to Kathy Rawls herself, I’ve rarely received such attentive, knowledgeable and friendly care. Every question was answered, every concern was addressed with such kindness and patience. I can see me going to this office for a very long time for hearing aid assistance and superlative professional care.

  Pleasant, easy to follow consultation. Dr. Rawls ( “please call me Kathy”) makes a clear effort to make her client comfortable without loosing her professional & experience/ knowledge in delivering upmost outcome. She LISTENS & coordinates all the medical information with the patient/ client experience. I also have to congratulate your working with your lovely Virginia who does a great job with communicating with clients, speaks clearly & understandably. I’d come by more often if you could fix the traffic.
