Podiatry Associates offers excellent services with a highly professional staff of providers. The staff is highly knowledgeable, and the doctors are very accurate diagnostically, both important for a successful treatment outcome. The supportive staff is courteous, efficient, and very helpful is meeting the patients' needs. There are several offices throughout the metro area for patients to minimize travel time.
Dr. Allen has been a terrific provider for our family at the Cherry Creek office.
I would highly recommend the practice for all podiatry needs.

I took my son for 1 appointment here. Be very careful! They wanted to do X-rays and told me everything would be covered by insurance. My insurance has paid them and I have paid them and yet I still continue to receive statements for more money owing allegedly. They appear to outsource their billing department, so getting hold of someone who understands the issue is impossible. No email. Very difficult to get hold of someone telephonically. Do not respond to messages either.

Very poor and disrespectful experience
A woman born in 1944 (81 years old), who is recovering from a stroke and can barely walk, came to this location for a scheduled pedicure appointment.
The appointment was scheduled for December 10 at 11:00 AM at 300 South Jackson Street. She arrived on time. However, when she got there, the staff told her that she “didn’t have an appointment” and started sending her from one room to another (room 400, then 310, etc.). She was forced to walk back and forth despite her serious medical condition.
When we started calling the reception desk to clarify what was going on, each employee gave different and conflicting information. One said the appointment was canceled, another said it was at 01:15, then again said it was at 11:00. At one point, they even claimed the appointment had been canceled back in November — which is absolutely not true and was never done by us.
This was extremely stressful and disrespectful, especially toward an elderly woman after a stroke. She was exhausted and confused, and in the end, nothing was resolved.
This hospital’s reception staff provides false information, lacks coordination, and shows no care for patients with disabilities. Every operator says something different. Completely unacceptable. They don't even deserve one star.
