  I am a newer patient to the Lowry location for acupuncture with Dr. Melati and really appreciate her attention to detail and comfort each session. She listens to what is going on, makes adjustments for me as needed, and really explains what she is doing. I really appreciate this! Acupuncture has been helpful for my migraines and I’m grateful for Dr. Melati being a valuable part of my treatment plan. I look forward to each appointment!

  My partner is a patient at this clinic. I can say I am so appreciative of them all because they have brought back light to my partner from the lovely front desk girls Sabrina, Mitzi and Linnet who will brighten your day with a smile, to the incredible pain management team Audrey and Ricardo helping to fix my partners pain with new solutions instead of just giving more drugs.

  Dr. Ricardo did a great job and is an amazing chiropractor. He took great care on explain and helping me get over my injuries after a car accident. The ladies in the back Olga and Kendra we so nice and very helpful with the therapy I got. They explained the machines I would be on a were very comforting. I would recommend anyone that has pain to go visit this center great people and even better service.

  The staff as a whole has been top notch excellent! Very detailed with questions to resolve my pain issues caused by a vehicle accident. Dr. Brittany, Dr. Ricardo, Olga, and Kendra have been the best group to be treated by and highly recommend this location in hopes you can enjoy their great treatment! Also the front desk staff is very quick and professional! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  The majority of front desk receptionists appear to be preoccupied, although they are actually not engaged in any work but rather using their phones and conversing with their colleagues. They seem unwilling to offer assistance to patients upon their arrival. I have visited this office on more than four occasions, and only one person has acknowledged my presence, which has left me feeling uneasy. Each time I enter, I am unsure whether it is due to my sexual orientation or my race, but I feel isolated. There is only one receptionist who treats me with respect and makes me feel at ease, and her name is Linnett M. I am grateful to her for creating a welcoming environment, unlike her coworkers who sit and complain about their job, eagerly anticipating the end of their shift or discussing their weekend plans.
