What I assume is a pretty complicated situation in less than 5 minutes. I wish there was a way I could rate their app and website because those were the causes of my issue and they are always the causes of my issues.

It is not the employees fault, but for some reason I am forced to call and beg to fill a prescription every month instead of being put on a wait list and being informed when it comes in. If you don't call and subject yourself to long hold times, being hung up on, and having voicemails ignored, they just won't fill your prescription. I hate it here and while I cannot go to another pharmacy without massive inconvenience, I have made to point to do my grocery shopping elsewhere.
