  Should be a ten star. Dr. Fonte and his team from office staff to assistants were professionals, kind and excellent at what they do. Dr. Fonte works magic.

  I am disappointed with the laser treatments I received at both Rederm and the partial CO2 I had performed under anesthesia. Both were very minimal procedures at a non-minimal cost. I do not feel that paying for anesthesia for a fractional level laser was at all necessary. Dr. Levitt agreed that the results were by no means invasive enough for the laser needed to be ablative. Dr. Levitt agreed a touch up was necessary. I would still incur costs though either to rent the machine or pay for anesthesia AGAIN. I am very dissastisfied and sent Dr. Fante a certified letter which I have had no response to. The office manager has not been too pleasant and keeps reminding me that I did sign forms concerning the laser outcomes. I dont feel that the best judgement was used in regards to the laser being fractional when it should have been ablative because I shared that this area was a very troublesome area. I dont feel that I should have to incur costs to make this right. I feel that this certified letter should at least be responded to or my 900.00 credited back to me.

  Dr. Fante and Team were exceptional. Prompt, thorough in their explanations and establishing expectations. Top tier from start to finish.

  I was thoroughly impressed and know I am in good hands. Thanks for your time and agreeing to accept Medicare reimbursement. I am definitely paying out of pocket for the muscle tightening to help a little for low Medicare reimbursement rates.

  I had an upper eyelid procedure done on both eyes and couldn’t be happier with the results! The procedure was quick and recovery has been fast and pain - free. The results are symmetrical and very natural looking. I highly recommend Dr. Fante and his team!!
