I was impressed with the atmosphere she creates through her knowledge of yoga and her compassion towards the members of her class. She encourages everyone to participate at their own comfort level.

Ashley was sensitive to the various skill levels, offering alternative versions of the pose, depending on one's choice of difficulty. The flow of the class was very relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend this class. This class was offered at 9:00 on Saturday.
