If you’ve done hot yoga before and you are interested in a bit of a challenge, I highly recommend the Sculpt and Flow class with Nancy. I love the music and energy of this class. I also recommend the Slow Flow classes if you are new to yoga or looking for something that is still a great workout but less intense. And the cold scented towels are such a nice touch at the end of the classes.
