- KKKatJun 15, 20251.0My daughter came here for a quick test I called spoke to them to see if they accept her Medicaid witch they said yes she had the test done but when she came for a follow up they tried to charge her just to receive her results witch I was told would be covered apparently it wasn't then I get a email stating I owe 50 dollars for not showing up to the appointment even though we did show up this place is chaotic and doesn't function well and lies a lot to patients can't give honest answers and will gaslight you be careful even if you got insurance they don't accept any of them like they say they do even state Medicaid they don't take apparently

Your amazing and have a great future ahead for you with your can do attitude. 2nd: this was a perfect place to visit for quick and well done medical services. I was in the same day, done with check in in under 3 minutes and shown to the examine room within a few minutes after, quick examine and a few tests lasted I was on my way. I did later devolope a bad cough (happens after every small cold) and scheduled a follow up visit to helped with the cough, and again, the Amazing Sophie helped me with this. She so kindly called to verify my second visit and explored why, I explained it the reason for the follow up visit snd promptly put me through to the nurse practitioner I had seen the day before She saved me a physical visit and several hours of my day. Wonderful staff there! Highly recommend!!! Thank you Ladies!
- BHBrin HartAug 2, 20231.0Man do not go here. I woke up swearing I had an ear infection or strep throat, I made an appointment. The doctor only looked at my ears and throat said everything looked fine regardless of the pain I was feeling, I looked “perfect.” I told my partner in the parking lot after the appointment that I felt I wasted money on this appointment that lasted 5 minutes, she could have atleast swabbed my throat as a per caution, I said to him I will have to see a doctor again in two weeks just you wait. Here i am 2 1/2 weeks later, with antibiotics & other meds because not only did I have an infection I HAD TWO. I HAD A EAR INFECTION AND STREP THIS ENTIRE TIME. now my throat hurts so bad I cant turn my neck, it’s literally purple where my tonsils used to be. Due to this doctors negligence and ego I wasted my money, my time and I am now in worse pain than I was when this started WEEKS ago.
