I spoke with Chloe first. Lovely human being who knew exactly how to make me feel at ease with the studio and its policies and its personnel. Got me set up very quickly, ran me through everything very straightforward, clear, concise and professional. Maggie was excellent. She kept me calm through the more intense periods, She was able to work diligently on my legs and my arms, and did a fantastic job. Kept me talking, which took my mind off the more uncomfortable parts of the stretching process, but never any pain, definitely discomfort but nothing that I couldn’t tolerate and nothing that they did not already tell me was going to happen. I was very concerned being English, that my swear words might be a little bit loud for the open space where other people were also getting worked on. There’s enough chatter and banter around that I kept my expletives to a minimum and talked through and breathed through all of the more challenging moments of this session. Overall, very professional, very friendly. An excellent first experience with a company that I’ve never worked with before. I have more sessions set up through the month of October and we will see how it goes, but so far very comfortable. Very happy with my choice.
