  I went to Steele Dentistry for a while and the staff was always nice and took care of me. My issue is more recent. Before heading off to school I went for a cleaning and I was told I had 7 cavities. I had not heard anything of the sort in any of my prior visits, and was never told I was on a watch list for any cavities. I was always told that my teeth looked great. When I asked Dr. Reddy about why I had not heard anything sooner, she told me that sometimes doctors forget to tell their patients they are on the watch list. This was a big red flag for me. They made my cavities seem very severe and I needed to have them filled as soon as possible. I had to set up my appointment for my fillings and make the payment. But instead I decided to get a second opinion, so I cancelled the appointment and was refunded. This was shared with the manager and she apologized. She said she would talk to Dr. Reddy. I don't know if she did talk to the doctor, or if she shared it with Dr. Steele. This was all they would do. Upon getting a second opinion, I learned I only had 4 small cavities and the rest were just spots. I have since had the cavities filled and have been reassured I just have spots on my teeth and there are no sign of cavities on any of them. Steele was a good place to go to for a while, but after all of this I had to leave. I felt like I was being taken advantage of and I'm glad it was recognized before it got worse.

  This place has a pleasant atmosphere and the staff is polite. I do think their billing procedures are sketchy, and judging from other reviews as well as my own experience they have a tendency of telling people they have way more cavities than they actually do.

  Everyone at Steele Dentistry is awesome. Very friendly, but also very efficient. Glad to have found this dentist office!

  My husband and I have not gone to the dentist in over 12 years due to a bad experience with another dentist. Steele Dentistry was recommended by a co-worker. I am so happy that we chose to come here. All of the staff were very friendly and amazing to both of us. They eased our anxiety and we can't wait for our continued treatments. We will be recommending them to others. My initial visit was for my exam and cleaning. I ended up getting some fillings as well. Then I went back for a deep cleaning. And finally to get my bottom 2 wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Steele and her staff are amazing and we actually LOVE going to see them.

  I've been to several Dentists and am so pleased to have found Steele Dentistry. First, the people there are terrific. They are personable, honest and fun to be around. Everyone is professional. After my initial exam, Miranda presented me with a plan to get my teeth back in shape. She fully understands insurance speak, so we are able to maximize my benefits and save me as much as possible. Dr. Steele was a delight and explained things clearly enough for anyone to understand. The office is very high tech (one of my requirements) as it makes for a better experience. It is also in a great location where you can park just outside of the door - no elevators, hallways etc. I am greatful that I found them and if you are looking, don't hesitate to call. You will not be disappointed.
