- NENadiana EvendenMar 12, 20265.0I have only been to this studio three times, two of which I've taken classes from Jane. I hadn't come to her second class is about 6 months and when I walked in, she introduced herself and said, "Wait, we've met before, haven't we?". She even remembered details about my work that blew me away. I have never been to a studio before where I felt like an Instructor cared to get to know their students and know them by name the way Jane has. It make me want to keep coming back and keep trying barre, even though I find it to be a personal challenge.
- LNLeslie NavarroMar 3, 20263.0I hate to give anything below 5 stars, but I just can't get fully behind this PB studio. The instructors just don't meet the PB standard, in my opinion. This could say more about Xponential Fitness (the company that purchased PB a few years ago), but I just don't get that same PB feeling I get from other studios, like the Vail studio. I feel like I am in a class at the rec center. The classes are more focused on the instructor's "vibe" than on promoting the actually technique. There are instructors here that never did PB before taking this job--that is questionable to me.

Even though you get better at the technique the classes continue to be more and more challenging, which I appreciate. I have never felt so strong as when I am consistent with my PB workouts. I do other forms of high-impact cardio and love how PB complements through intense strength training in multiple parts of the body - thighs, glutes, arm/shoulders, and lots of core - and forces me to stretch. While I do mostly Classic, the newer Define format is such a great addition for heavier weight training. And, the studio is welcoming with instructors that are great teachers and even better humans.
