- KGKen GagneOct 18, 20253.0The facility itself is great, and the staff is friendly; I enjoyed being able to walk there from my neighborhood. But managing my account was a nightmare. When I moved out of the area and asked them to pause my account for one month, they said they did — but they didn't actually, and I ended up getting charged for the month. When I called them to point out this error, they refunded me — then, despite me saying a pause was no longer necessary, they paused my account for the next five months! There was no way to unpause my account online, and the gym local to my new home was unable to help — they said I had to call my "home gym", which was now thousands of miles away, who were also the only ones who could help me transfer my account to a new "home gym"! Rather than continue to make repeated phone calls and be misunderstood, I ended up cancelling my account.
