  Wasted so much money on this place who kept assuring me costs were covered by insurance until I got there. I set up my appointments specifically for everything to be covered (can’t chiropractor and massage same day but can dry needle type of malarkey per insurance requirements). I set up an appointment for acupuncture alone (so a 26.00 lyft ride one way) only to be told my insurance doesn’t cover it and would have to pay out of pocket! Why would I set this up for a 20 minute ride to a 15 minute appointment that cost me more than 125.00 less tip? This is the 3rd time they screwed me on money and were less than helpful with pain management medication. This place is absolutely horrible. Useless and unfortunate

  They lost their PA & then their PT evaluator. They stopped returning emails and calls so I had to switch offices. I now found out that the new office I am going to refuses to do injections on site and stated if I want to schedule, I have no choice but to go to their DTC surgery center. I am so mad at this company and the way they are treating clients. This is extraordinarily unprofessional.

  After choosing this location because they are in-network with my insurance, I arrive at my appointment only to be told they can’t accept my insurance because it hasn’t been “reviewed” by their billing department. I’m in pain, so I go ahead with the appointment. As I’m paying the high “self pay” cost, I notice a new patient special. I questioned the admin, who shrugs and says, “oh, I forgot” and proceeds to charge me the full price. And they couldn’t provide a receipt that listed the service provided for my FSA. The 2 women at reception were some of the worst people I have encountered. Dr. Alexa was great once I got in for the appointment.

  The quality of care that I have received from both Alexa and Vivian at this office has been above and beyond first rate and superior. Trauma can often be so much more than just physical pain; but emotional as well. I am so grateful for these two wonderful ladies! They are truly master's of their craft and genuine credits to the profession of healing!
