I don't usually go to this location but I to to for re eval. I tried calling to let them know I was running a few minutes late but the call center takes forever to get through. There is no parking and I got there 11min late, one minute past the cutoff and they refused to see me. I'm so tired of MVPC, I've had to reschedule so many appointments because people keep quitting at the golden location. I really liked it at first but the not being able to call the locations directly makes things impossible.

I wish Mountain View Pain Center was better as I really wanted to be a regular patient here. I received acupuncture therapy and my first appointment, Dr. Melati "lost" a needle from the beginning of the appointment to the end. She stated that she always counts before and after inserting needles but somehow lost one between counts.
I was also charged for "infrared therapy" which ended up being a heat lamp that Dr. Melati provided saying the "room was cold" but did not tell me that I would be charged for it.
This is just a clinic that will find a way to charge you for everything without explaining the benefit or that it will be a charge.

Very deceptive. They say they are in downtown Denver. They are not. The are in Capitol Hill.

EDIT: we’re currently seeing Dr. Ramirez and it was an easy transition from Dr. Biggs. He is knowledgeable and informative regarding things we can do at home to help further the recovery process!
I’ve been going to MVPC for a few years now and I highly recommend seeing Dr. Biggs! I’ve been going to him for general chiro care and adjustments, but he’s also treated my shoulder effectively. It was an old injury and over time we got it back to its original state.
My husband and I both see him and have nothing but positive things to say!
I would also like to add that it’s been a huge convenience that I’ve been able to get same day chiro/adjustment appointments (most times I’ve called). Everyone on the phone and in the office are always so friendly too!

I went here with a lower back condition, for a medical massage. I felt really good after just one session, my pain was reduced by almost 50% just after one session. I have also had a session with the chiropractor, they make really good adjustments as well. I would surely recommend this place.
